In this paper a new model is introduced to optimize decisions in supply chain. To do so, we considered a supply chain in tactical level with four components. These components are suppliers, plants, distribution centers, and retailers. There are one or more goals and limitations for every component. We identified them based on SCM literature. Then we interned these goals and limitations into a mathematical form. To do so, we used goal programming method in fuzzy form because many elements in real supply chain are fuzzy. In our model, we considered only goal functions in fuzzy form. Other situations were assumed in crisp form. To fuzzify and defuzzification of the goal functions, we used Zimmerman’s method. Finally a numerical example is presented to approve the model efficiency.
