fa بررسی اثر تورم و ارزش زمانی پول بر روی اندازه‌ی دسته‌ی تولید با وجود دوباره کاری در یک مدل کنترل موجودی سایر موضوعاتی که به مرزهای دانش در مهندسی صنایع و تولید کمک می کند Other related Industrial and production reserach subjects in which has direct relation to the state-of-the art of the IE پژوهشي Research <p align="right"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: Nazanin FONT-SIZE: 11pt mso-ascii-font-family: 'ذ ئهفق' mso-hansi-font-family: 'ذ ئهفق' mso-bidi-language: FA mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman' mso-ansi-language: EN-US mso-fareast-language: EN-US mso-ansi-font-size: 9.0pt mso-ansi-font-style: italic" dir="rtl" lang="FA">از جمله فرض های مدل مقدار اقتصادی تولید¹، عدم تولید قطعات معیوب در حین عملیات تولیدی و نیز عدم توجه به تورم² و ارزش زمانی پول³ می باشد. اما مطالعات صورت گرفته نشان می دهد که در نظر گرفتن تولید قطعات معیوب در مدل های تعیین اندازه دسته تولید و یا وارد کردن موضوع تورم و ارزش زمانی پول در آنها، منجر به تغییر مقدار بهینه دسته تولید می شود. بنابراین، در سیستم های تولیدی با تولید قطعات معیوب، توجه به این دو عامل به منظور تعیین اندازه‌ی دسته‌ی تولید لازم می باشد. این مقاله به بررسی اثر ارزش زمانی پول در مدل مقدار تولید اقتصادی با وجود دوباره کاری پرداخته است. به دلیل پیچیدگی تابع هزینه، یافتن جواب بهینه به سادگی امکان پذیر نیست؛ لذا در این مقاله از الگوریتمی مبتنی بر ترکیب دو روش جستجوی شتابدار و دیکوتوماس به منظور حل مسئله استفاده شده و اثر تورم و ارزش زمانی پول با استفاده از مقادیر عددی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در نهایت تحلیل حساسیت بر اساس پارامترهای نرخ بهره، نرخ تورم و نرخ توأم انجام شده است. محاسبات عددی نشان می دهد که عدم توجه به تورم و ارزش زمانی پول باعث خطای نسبتاً زیادی در هزینه می شود</span></p> <span style="FONT-FAMILY: "ذ ئهفق" FONT-SIZE: 11pt mso-bidi-language: FA mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri mso-ansi-language: EN-US mso-fareast-language: EN-US mso-bidi-font-family: 'B Mitra' mso-bidi-font-size: 13.0pt"><em><font face="Times New Roman">One of the assumptions in Economic Production Quantity is that there is no imperfect production. Also the effect of inflation and time value of money is not considered with this model. But the studies show that the consideration of imperfect products in lot sizing or inflation and time value of money is varying the optimal lot size, therefore consideration of these two factors in lot sizing is essential. This paper studies the effect of inflation and time value of money on the EPQ model with rework. Since the total cost relation involves a complicated exponential function, evaluating the optimal point is not a trivial task. The effect of inflation and time value of money was investigated under given sets of values of inflation and discount rates.
