fa ارائه مدل ترکیبی مکان یابی تسهیلات حساس سایر موضوعاتی که به مرزهای دانش در مهندسی صنایع و تولید کمک می کند Other related Industrial and production reserach subjects in which has direct relation to the state-of-the art of the IE پژوهشي Research <span lang="FA" dir="rtl" style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt FONT-FAMILY: Nazanin mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman' mso-ansi-language: EN-US mso-fareast-language: EN-US mso-bidi-language: FA mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman' mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">مهمترین اهــداف در ضربه زدن به یک کشور نابودی مراکز حساس نظامی و صنعتی آن می باشد. از مهم­ترین و ضروری­ترین اقدامات برای جلوگیری از خسارتهای حیاتی به این مراکز و یا محدود کردن آن، مکان یابی صحیح آنها می باشد. مکان یابی درست و اصولی مراکز حساس نـظامی یکی از مهمترین اقداماتی است که موجب کاهش قابل توجه هزینه های بعدی مرتبط با فعـــالیتها و پیشامدهای مربوط به این مراکز خواهد بود و با افزایش قابلیت پدافند غیرعامل، ضریب امنیتی را افزایش و احتمال حملات دشمنان و اثرات تخریبی حملات احتمالی را به شدت کاهش می دهد. در این مقاله، ضمن شناسایی عوامل موثر در مکان یابی این مراکز با تاکید بر عامل پدافندغیرعامل، مدل ترکیبی مکان یابی تسهیلات حساس جهت مکان یابی آنها ارائه گردیده است. در توسعه این مدل از مدل هیبریدی، فرآیند تحلیل شبکه­ای، روش دسته­بندی تاکسونومی عددی بهبود یافته و مدل ریاضی ایجاد پراکندگی بین تسهیلات استفاده شده است. در این مدل، مراکز حساس از سه جنبه تسهیلات عمومی، تسهیلات نامطلوب و تسهیلات حساس مورد توجه قرار می گیرند.</span> <em><span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt COLOR: black FONT-FAMILY: "Times New Roman" mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman' mso-ansi-language: EN-US mso-fareast-language: EN-US mso-bidi-language: FA">The most important goals in marring of a country is to destroy it's military and industrial centers. One of the most important and essential measures for preventing the vital damages to these centers or limiting them is to locate accurately these vital and critical industries. Accurate and material location of these centers is one of the most important measures which lead to decrease of future considerable related costs and to increase securely index of them. Therefore by increasing the passive defense capability of these centers the enemy's attacks possibility and destruction effects of possible attacks will be decreased. </span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt FONT-FAMILY: "Times New Roman" mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman' mso-ansi-language: EN-US mso-fareast-language: EN-US mso-bidi-language: FA">Through this study a combined model for locating of critical centers is suggested by identifying the effective factors in locating of these critical military centers and emphasizing of passive defense. In developing of the model, Hybrid model, Analytical network process, P-dispersion mathematical model, and an Improved numerical Taxonomy clustering technique (HAPIT) are used.
